I have generated some excellent data by discussing people's choices with them, and I am excited to code them, but I've found my theoretical memoing is a giant bottleneck. It takes so long and by the time I've got the motivation to do it I've forgotten most of my data and my field notes are little help.
How do you handle situations like this?
