IP tracking (of personal websistes) is changing everything:
When you submit a paper, you know when it is assgined to an editor;
They your site is visited from strange places: you know who your referees are come from.
Then you try to guess the referee, and visit their homepages, now these guys know that they are no longer doing anonymous review.
