Economist on "Should I violate the law to expose sexual harassment in our profession?"

I am a close male friend of a female economics graduate student who has been subjected to repeated and egregious sexual harassment by her male adviser. She started recording during her second year, and she now has nearly two years of recordings demonstrably proving that this occurred. The internal process has been terrible, and there is reason to believe some adverse actions recently taken against her were retaliatory in nature. She's come to the point where she wants to exercise the nuclear option. She's thinking of posting a YouTube video with the worst cases of harassment. Since this is a relatively prominent individual within the economics profession, he will lose everything, including his reputation and his employment. The only problem is that we live in one of the few two party consent states, meaning that it is unlawful to record a conversation unless both parties consented to the recording. How likely do you think it is that she will be prosecuted given that she is the victim? This is really a last resort for her, as she has told me all along that she just wants it to stop.
