Economist on "Suggestions for gay assistant professor"

Hello guys,

I am a gay and going to be an assistant professor soon.
My concerns are:

1). Could I still use Grinder?
2). Will the school kick me out if they find out I am gay, using Grindr?
3). Could I develop a relationship with a student (though I do not teach him) at uni?
